Visitors - record numbers and successful contacts

Numerous company representatives met at Breakbulk Europe from May 21 - 23 to present services and solutions for Breakbulk and Project Cargo in Lower Saxony at their stand.

Seaports of Niedersachsen is extremely positive about this year's Breakbulk Europe in Rotterdam. The trade fair, which is regarded as the world's leading event for general cargo and heavy lift logistics, proved to be a great success for the seaports of Niedersachsen.

"Breakbulk Europe 2024 was a very successful trade fair for us. The atmosphere was excellent and our co-exhibitors were able to make numerous high-quality contacts. The number of visitors was at a record level. We are already looking forward to participating again next year," said Andreas Bullwinkel, Managing Director of Seaports of Niedersachsen GmbH.

Seaports of Niedersachsen presented itself together with partners and other co-exhibitors from the logistics sector. The joint appearance made it possible to present the diverse services and logistical advantages of Niedersachsens seaports to an international audience.

"The trade fair has once again shown that there is a great demand for efficient and flexible logistics solutions. Our ports offer precisely these advantages and are ideally positioned to meet the growing requirements," Bullwinkel continues.

With over 11,000 trade visitors and more than 600 exhibitors from all over the world, Breakbulk Europe 2024 set new standards and confirmed its position as the most important industry platform. Seaports of Niedersachsen can look back on a successful trade fair and is looking forward to further exchanges with industry representatives and potential business partners.

With a total of 19 participating companies from Lower Saxony's seaports, the diversity and expertise of Niedersachsens port locations was brought to the fore. The port group offers a comprehensive range of services that are specially tailored to the requirements of breakbulk and project cargo freight. Anker Schiffahrt, Blue Water BREB, BREB, Cuxport, DFDS, Emder Hafenförderungsgesellschaft, epas, EVAG, Herbert C. Meyer, J. Müller Weser, JadeWeserPort, KESS, MOSOLF, Rhenus, STE, Weert Ihnen and the Wilhelmshavener Hafenwirtschaftsvereinigung e.V. were also on site.
